Sustainable Business Stories Networking Event 7 May
Sustainable Business Stories Networking Event 7 May
Small business owners, operators and staff are invited to enjoy a night of storytelling, networking and collaboration on Thursday 7 May around the theme of Sustainable Business Stories. Hosted by the Building Sustainable Small Business program, the event will be held at the Logan & Albert Hotel, Beaudesert, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
People who have an interesting story to tell about the challenges, opportunities and successes they are having in running their small business are invited to take 5 minutes to share their story, while others are welcome to simply come, listen and network. It will be an enjoyable and fun way for small business to hear from a range of people across a range of business types in the Scenic Rim Region.
The evening will also include a screening of an entertaining short DVD, "The Story of Stuff" by Annie Leonard, a thought-provoking look at our production and consumption patterns across the world.
The venue is the Logan & Albert Hotel, 64 Brisbane Street, Beaudesert. A cost of $10 per person is requested to cover light refreshments, payable at the door. Download flyer Networking Event Flyer (146.77 kB)
