Launch of Sustainable Scenic Rim – the Sustainable Business Directory for the Scenic Rim Region:  www.sustainablescenicrim.com.au

We are delighted to now invite businesses and enterprises located in or adjacent to the Scenic Rim Region that have embarked on the journey toward sustainability to apply to list in this new directory.

Sustainable Scenic Rim is a key component of the 2009 Building Sustainable Small Business (BSSB) program.

In February, in liaison with the Scenic Rim Regional Council, we will commence the promotion of this new website to residents and businesses throughout the Scenic Rim Region encouraging support for local businesses making an effort toward sustainability. It will help this promotion if we have plenty of listings in the Directory.

A business or enterprise that has undertaken training in sustainability and begun the journey toward implementing sustainability practice (environmental, social, economic, cultural) is eligible to be listed.
