Networking Event - Wednesday 13th August
Judy WicksPremier film screening of Judy Wicks’ presentation in Mullumbimby during her recent visit to Australia.

Judy Wicks is an international pioneer of sustainable business and co-founder and co-chair of the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE) in the United States, and the local Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia (SBN).

Her legendary White Dog Café in Philadelphia was a model of environmental responsibility long before these concepts appeared on the public radar.

The evening will also include a business briefing by Innes Larkin, President of Beaudesert Country Tourism about the importance of the National Landscapes Project to Scenic Rim small businesses. This follows the great news that the Mt Warning-Wollumbin Region, of which the Scenic Rim is part of, has been confirmed as one of the eight regions named in the National Landscapes Project.

Plus plenty of time to network with other businesses.
